Service Description

Three day access to a newly renovated venue - The house opens Friday at 1:00 p.m. - Friday - two hour rehearsal - Saturday - eight hours for event - Sunday - check out of house by 1:00 p.m. • Flexible scheduling • Beautifully manicured property that accommodates up to 300 guests • Red barn with set up of red stools • Four bedroom farmhouse including a bridal changing room, one bathroom, and swing set. House sleeps 10. • Access to outdoor ceremony areas - ability to move indoor pending on weather - set up of chairs for ceremony • Full service bar - one upstairs, one downstairs and an outdoor Chevy bar cart. Chevy bar cart can be used for gift station, photobooth and so much more! • One to two bartenders - depending on wedding size • Eight hour bartenders day of event, one hour before, one hour clean up, Friday rehearsal for two hours, three hours for bartender. Bartenders will stay until DJ takes down equipment. Owners will meet with you two weeks before event for one hour if you have any questions. • 200 chairs • (13) 8 ft round tables that seat 8-10 (set up by wedding party/planner) • (13) 8 ft rectangular tables that seat 8 (set up by wedding party/planner) • White table cloth - we supply them washed but not pressed (set up by wedding party/planner) • Picnic tables and seating throughout venue • Modern yet rustic bridal changing room with shower in the lower barn • Ample onsite parking • Indoor restrooms in the lower barn • Food service area • Cake table • Wedding arch • Outdoor patios • Outdoor heating - two firepits and two torch heaters • Designated smoking areas • Trash removal (beverage service only) • Security guards - The owner will provide if they are needed, depending on wedding size. (included in price) • Ramp (wheel chair accessible) • Six small red tents (set up by wedding party/planner) *PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE **ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY FOR THE FOLLOWING • Full service bar. All alcohol, water and soda must be purchased from the venue. • Bartenders for additional three hours = 11 hours/$250 extra. • Property must be left the way you found it. • Venue is not responsible for food illness. • We do not provide food service but have a list of vendors on our website for your convenience. You can use local food trucks, bring your own food, or cater your event.
